Mary was instantly part of our family when we began our search for the perfect home. From the moment we met to the moment of closing she went above and beyond what any realtor usually does for a client. Mary searched high and low for what we needed/wanted in a home and when those needs and wants changed over time she never missed a beat. We corresponded through phone, text and emails at all hours of the day and not once did she ever appear inconvenienced at our ever changing thoughts! Mary researched our prospective homes and was very honest about how she felt the home would fit our family. We asked a million questions and even the questions that were out of her scope of practice she would ask the appropriate party and get back with us with answers right away. She never had to do that but she did- without us even asking her to. My children closed on their dream home this afternoon and it was bittersweet; they received the keys to their home and now it's time for Mary to match other clients with their dreams. My daughter cried when she and her husband were presented with house warming gifts from Mary. The gifts were so thoughtful!!!! My only regret is that she only sells homes! Mary absolutely made our first-time home buying experience painless! Not only did she handle absolutely everything as we were buying in a state we wouldn't be living in for a few months, but she went above and beyond in order to make sure we had all of the information we needed, and sorted out any confusion we had with the process from start to finish. She never lost track of any of our information, documents, and appointments and continued to monitor them through the end of closing. We got absolutely everything we wanted in this house and I know that Mary played a huge role in that. Finally, Mary does more than she has to simply because she cares and is an awesome agent. Even though it definitely was not something she had to do, she helped us get in contact with lawn service companies to keep our yard in check until we move in, gave us a contact for buying new furniture, and even offered to check on our house after a big storm comes through!
